Established in 2013, Australian United International Catering Group (AUICGroup) is a catering group integrating catering management and catering investment. The company currently owns and operates a number of well-known catering brands, including Mr.Cheese, Heidelberg Cakes, Dumpling Lab, Ancient Oriental, etc. It has also invested in and operated Meet Dessert, Shanxi Noodle Bar, the first Meet Fresh and Easyway Milk Tea in South Australia. In addition, AUICGroup is working hard to promote the development of Sino-Australian trade cooperation, bringing a variety of national brands into the Australian market, such as: Shanxi boutique millet, Shanxi Ninghuafu special old vinegar, national Fen Jiu, etc.

James has worked in the baking industry for over 30 years. His passion for producing cakes which taste as good as they look has been continually recognised by the Australian Bridal Industry Awards, Royal Adelaide Show and our many loyal customers.
As a Coeliac, James is committed to providing our customers with gluten free cakes. He also enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, travelling and gardening.
